It is our philosophy that close customer relationships build up respect and lead to better solutions. The better you know each other, the better you can understand each others needs. We strive to establish close partnerships via our KAM structure and team setup with employees dedicated for each customer. Thru this structure we are able to maximize the performance and reach the best results and fulfil – or preferably exceed – the customer’s expectations.

We believe in face-to-face communication in order to strengthen the cooperation. We meet our customers in their home base or at our production sites or at trade fairs. The agenda might vary from discussing new development projects, prices and costs, production and delivery planning, capacity issues or strategic issues. We will bring the necessary knowledge and experience to the meeting.

All employees in the head office in Denmark, as well as key employees in Latvia and Vietnam are able to communicate in English. The majority of the communication is handled via e-mail. Further, all employees with regular customer contact have Skype accounts.

We intend to answer any question from our customers within a few hours. If an answer cannot be given within approx 24h an e-mail is sent to inform the customer when response will be given.
