Communication & Presence


It is our philosophy that close customer relationships build up respect and lead to better solutions. The better you know each other, the better you can understand each others needs.

We believe in face-to-face communication in order to strengthen the cooperation. We meet our customers in their home base or at our production sites. The agenda might be discussing new development projects, prices, production and delivery planning, capacity etc. We will bring the relevant contact persons to the meeting.

All employees in the head office in Denmark, as well as key employees in Latvia and Vietnam are able to communicate in English. The majority of the communication is handled via e-mail. Further, all employees with regular customer contact have Skype accounts.

We intend to answer any question from our customers within a few hours. If an answer cannot be given within approx 24h an e-mail is sent to inform the customer when he will receive an answer.
