Innovation

A very important area for us is constantly investing in the latest machinery and technology to “do things differently than everybody else”.
Spectre continuously invests in the latest developments within the machinery and IT industry. Besides working with the leading machine-building suppliers worldwide, we develop and build our own machinery to offer front-edge technologies individually adapted to our customer’s needs.

New technologies and automation– why?

That’s an easy answer

We want to improve existing products and work methods.

We want to increase efficiency and reduce production costs.

We want to offer additional value in terms of the visual design and the functionality of the product.

Our development process is a symbiosis of our creativity and technical capability combined with our customers’ creative designs. We love to be challenged!

Automation across production

More processes automated. The same standard upheld.

Spectre works continuously to expand automation across production, to build a more consistent and predictable manufacturing setup. Automated processes support stable quality across different products, materials, and requirements, and reduce the variables that lead to rework or inconsistency.

Automatic cutting machines translate design files directly into precise cuts, ensuring every component is produced the same way, every time. Laser cutting adds multi-depth engraving capability, making it possible to create defined surface structures rather than flat markings. Template sewing machines and automatic sewing machines run across a wide range of operations — from pocket sewing and placket turning to decorative stitching and label application — applied consistently across styles and factories.

Where operations repeat at high frequency, automation compounds quickly. Ultrasonic bonding replaces traditional sewing for certain components, joining materials seamlessly without thread. Every garment passes through an automated metal detection system before packing. Embroidery is completed entirely in-house.

The result is not one single improvement, but many smaller ones across the production flow — together contributing to a manufacturing setup where quality and consistency are embedded from the first cut to the final check.

Not just to be good,

but to be the best

We constantly strive for new technologies providing new product features, and also for product refinement. An existing product might be improved by just another percent by implementing new technologies or rethinking the work method.

We believe in controlling the production processes.
This is the best guarantee for stable quality and optimum control of production resources. Therefore we own our production machinery.

With a semi-vertical structure,

we are offering a wide range of in-house competencies within the processing of textiles:
