Template sewing machines and automatic sewing machines run across a wide range of operations — from pocket sewing and placket turning to decorative stitching and label application — applied consistently across styles and factories.
Where operations repeat at high frequency, automation compounds quickly. Ultrasonic bonding replaces traditional sewing for certain components, joining materials seamlessly without thread. Every garment passes through an automated metal detection system before packing. Embroidery is completed entirely in-house.
