The Accounts Payable Accountant will be part of our Latvian competence center based in Jelgava, as well as the global finance team in Spectre.
The role includes classic finance tasks, but primarily focuses on handling vendor invoices, reconciliations, payments, and vendor master data management. Furthermore, the role includes other ad hoc tasks within the finance department.
For the right candidate, this role is a good opportunity to work closely with international colleagues primarily in Denmark and Vietnam, engage broadly across functional areas, and gain experience from working in a fast-growing, profitable international company.
More specifically, we need your help to:
Your background and skills
We expect you to have a finance education and experience working within finance and administration, preferably in Accounts Payable.
You pay attention to details and a good understanding of the business processes. You communicate well in English, both in writing and verbally, and have previously worked with international colleagues, customers, or suppliers.
Experience with various ERP systems e.g. D365FO will be an advantage, but not a requirement.

We imagine that you are responsible, proactive, with an eye for both the big picture and the details. As you will work with different functional areas, it is important that you can build relationships, collaborate at all levels, and bring positive energy to your colleagues.
You are well-structured, reliable (e.g., in meeting deadlines), and have an improvement-mindset.
