The production takes place at two factories with multiple production sites (branches) specializing in different technical garments for the outdoor sports industry. The production includes all processes from cutting to embroidering, special technologies, packing, and quality control. Purchasing, sourcing, product development, technical documentation (BOM), invoicing, and various administrative functions are handled locally by specialists at the production sites.
A specialized and fully equipped sample department develops patterns, prototypes, size sets, and mock-ups. To reduce redundancy to an absolute minimum and to give all employees easy access to relevant data, we have an integrated IT network across all locations.
We ensure ongoing investments in the construction of state-of-the-art factories and the renovation of existing buildings. The key benefits of these investments are improved internal workflow, improved working conditions, and a substantial reduction of energy consumption aligned with our defined CSR strategy.
