The better we know each other, the better we can understand each other’s needs. We strive to establish close partnerships via our internal structure and team setup with employees dedicated to each customer and project. Through this structure, we can maximize performance, reach the best results, and fulfill – or preferably exceed – expectations.
We believe in face-to-face communication to strengthen cooperation. Either we meet in the home base or our partners or at our production sites or trade fairs.
In later years, we have, like many others, succeeded in implementing online meetings for frequent smaller updates and urgent inquiries, but we do still prefer physical meetings when possible.
The meeting agenda might vary from discussing new development projects, prices, and costs, production and delivery planning, capacity issues, or strategic issues. No matter the topic, we will bring the necessary knowledge and experience to the meeting.
All employees in our head office in Denmark and support office in Germany, as well as key employees in Latvia and Vietnam, communicate in English. The majority of communication is handled via e-mail or Teams.
We intend to answer any questions from our partners within a few hours. If an answer cannot be given within approx 24h, an e-mail is sent to inform when a response will be given.
