We demand good working conditions for all and ensure a healthy environment for our employees, and support the local communities where we have operations.
The embedding of Responsible Business principles into governance practices has been growing in importance year by year, not only to our company but in the apparel and other industries worldwide. This has led to more reporting requirements between customer brands and us as the manufacturer, our suppliers, and us, and for the initiatives and certifications we have joined and gained.
We aim to be more involved in the development and implementation of CSR initiatives in the whole industry through joining CSR-related associations and initiatives, as members of Sustainable Apparel Coalition and The European Outdoor Group. In september 2023, Spectre factories in Nam Dinh and Thai Binh was Fair-Trade certified and in December of 2023 we joined the B Corp community as a B Corp certified company.
We are continuously working to raise the trustworthiness of our reporting by implementing Global Reporting Initiative standards and implementing third-party verification for Higg Index reports. A renewed focus on managing the supply chain risks of our suppliers will provide us with a clearer picture of our suppliers’ social and environmental performance
