Our CSR strategy forms the basis of the responsible governance we carry out each day.
Behind the numbers are real actions – ensuring fair and safe working conditions, recycling, buying renewable electricity, heating, and fuel, installing our own renewable power sources, energy and water-saving appliances, and looking to set a high standard for our buildings in terms of environmental impact and care for our employees.
In 2022 Spectre joined Sustainable Apparel Coalition (now called Cascale) – a global, non-profit alliance of 300 leading apparel, footwear, and textile brands, retailers, manufacturers. The Sustainable Apparel Coalition’s vision is of an apparel, footwear, and textiles industry that produces no unnecessary environmental harm and has a positive impact on the people and communities associated with its activities.
We measure our performance with Higg Index tools – Factory Environmental Module (FEM) and Factory Social and Labor Module (FSLM).
