Hunting is not just a sport but a timeless tradition connecting people with the great outdoors and their primal instincts. To ensure a successful and enjoyable hunting experience, one of the critical factors is the quality of hunting wear. Producing hunting wear that perfectly balances functionality, durability, and style is an art and a science.
Our hunting garments uses a three layer system which ensures hunters’ both well-being and durability.
The inner layer, or “Next to Skin” as we call it, provides the main function of wicking moisture, regulating body temperature, and a perfect fit. The middle layer, or “Insulation“, secures the warmth of the wearer in the outdoors. This is achieved through the use of different insulation fabrics with various weights, finishes, and touches. Lastly, the outer layer, “Weather Protection“, makes sure the temperature, wind, and waterproofing needs are taken care of.
Along with this, the fabrics come with a membrane that offers wind protection and water repellency or resistance. They are tailored to the specific needs of the clients need – whether their customers are in the dry and warm desert or in the wet and cold Nordics.
We have more than 25 years of experience and are still working on improving and implementing sustainable initiatives for the outdoor apparel industry. There are no skimping on durability, quality, or performance.
Our specialists follow global trends and keep up with the latest innovations in technology and materials. We coordinate and co-create seamlessly with top brands in the industry to ensure the highest level of performance wear for the demanding industry.
The foundation of any exceptional hunting garment lies in the choice of materials. Together with our customers, we carefully select fabrics that can withstand the rigors of the wild while providing comfort and protection. Most of the fabrics of hunting clothing use this technology, such as tricot brushed fabric, polyester jersey, polyester oxford, bird-eye, and mesh.
In the world of hunting wear, it’s not just about the fabric; it’s also about the prints. Heat transfer prints are one of the most popular printing methods for hunting clothing. This technology allows for the creating of vibrant and long-lasting prints that can endure the harsh conditions hunters often face.
Waterproof hunting clothes are essential. The seam–taping technique plays a big role in crafting waterproof rainwear and breathable hunting outerwear. Our machines and techniques ensure that every seam is perfectly sealed, keeping hunters dry during rain showers or in wet terrain. Maintaining breathability while offering waterproof protection is a hallmark of quality hunting wear.
The needs of hunters are as varied as the landscapes they explore. As proud hunting wear manufacturers, we produce diverse products to cater to different hunting scenarios. Some of the key hunting wear items we produce include Rainwear, hunting jackets, waders for waterfowl hunting or traversing marshy terrain, wool underwear, neck gaiters, and buffs.
An example of one of our special technologies is when working with 4-way stretch garments. These garments vary in stretch level from moderate for casual wear to supportive for performance. The 4-way stretch garments also cover all seasons with different weights and finishes. We have a large capacity of flatlock machines that are particularly relevant for this category of garments.
Regardless of where your business is based, our two-string production strategy ensures various possibilities. Depending on the individual sourcing and distribution, there are advantages to gain us – for example:
